About this brunch
Gastronomy is a food hall rather than a restaurant, built around seventeen live cooking stations, and the weekend late breakfast is the sitting that comes closest to a brunch. The format is breakfast rather than lunch, so expect pastries, eggs and morning classics rather than roasts, and it is shorter than most Dubai brunches at two and a half hours. All ages are welcome and it runs both weekend days, which makes it one of the more workable options on the Palm for families.
