About this brunch
A proper buffet brunch of the older Dubai school: raw bar, Mediterranean and Asian stations, a caviar selection, a wine market and a roaming bar cart. Three hours from half one, which is tighter than the format really wants, so arriving on time matters more here than at a four-hour sitting. Children are AED 225.
