About this brunch
Zuma runs its Saturday brunch as a hybrid: hot and cold dishes and live sushi and robata counters to start, then mains brought to the table, then a dessert room. That structure is the point, because it avoids the two usual failure modes of a Dubai brunch, food sitting under lamps and portions that arrive too slowly to share. Prices start well above the city average, which buys you one of the better Japanese kitchens in the region rather than scale. Children aged four to twelve are AED 255 and under fours eat free, so it works for families despite the DIFC address.
